Your booking confirmation is a unique reference number for the package you have purchased through WellBook. It provides the resort validity of your package and all inclusions you are entitled to. You can find this number on the booking confirmation page (after you have checked out) or alternatively it is contained within the booking confirmation email you received from us (just click ‘view booking’)
All inclusions (and exclusions) are available on the listing page. However, once you have purchased a package a summary of your inclusions is contained in the booking confirmation email. If the listing is no longer available on our site after you have purchased, please contact us for the full list of inclusions (and exclusions).
Yes! The resort will contact you after your booking is confirmed to welcome you and assist with any logistics such as booking experiences or spa/wellness treatments, airport transfers, dietary requirements, bedding options ect.
If the resort hasnt been in contact within 3-5 working days after your purchase has been made please contact us.
If you have any general queries such as bookings for activities or spa treatments, dietary requirements, airport transfers ect. this can be arranged this with the resort directly. For booking amendments, refunds or cancellations please contact us at email@example.com
If the resort or retreat is based in Australia you will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). If the resort or retreat is based anywhere else in the world you will be charged in US Dollars (USD).

We offer a 7-Day ‘Change your Mind’ Refund Guarantee. We want to make sure that you are getting the wellness holiday you need so if the package just isn't for you then we will happily provide you with a full refund (so long as you don’t have a confirmed booking/stay in the next 30 days). However outside of this our bookings are non-refundable please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

All our resort and retreat partners are equipped to cater for all your dietary requirements, whether it be gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or pscartarian they’ve got you covered. The resort will contact you after your booking has been confirmed so please make them aware of any dietary requirements you may have.

Yes absolutely! We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to ensure you are covered for any incidents out of your control or are unable to travel for any reason.
We provide a 7-day ‘Change your Mind’ refund guarantee. Outside of this, our packages are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to travel on your selected dates, we would hope that your travel insurance will be able to provide assistance. We are able to provide you with a letter of cancellation if required. Should Travel insurance not be applicable please contact us so we can see where we can possibly assist you.
In the event of incidents out of your control such as natural disasters, flight delays or situations preventing you from travel, we would hope that your travel insurance will be able to provide assistance as we cannot provide refunds for such incidents. We are able to provide you with a letter of cancellation for your travel insurance company if required. Should Travel insurance not be applicable please contact us so we can see where we can possibly assist you.
You will need to show the resort a valid passport and copy of your booking confirmation. There is no need to print these (we’re all about the environment) so just present them with the email confirmation on your phone.
